Features of a poorly fitted bra
See what symptoms may tell you that it’s time to visit a brafitter:
The band is loose – the back part of the bra rides up or down the bra and creates a “sad” line on the back
The circumference band is uncomfortably tight
The straps dig into your shoulders or slip off during the day
Breasts spill out of the cup (bulge above the upper edge of the cup and/or under the arms)
The cups stick out from the breasts
The breasts are not separated and merge into one
The cups rise when you raise your arms
The material on non-padded cups wrinkles
The underwires and sternum stick out from the chest
The underwires dig into the breasts or end at the back
ATTENTION: An old, worn-out bra may behave in a similar way!
Now check what the wrong size bra can do and what benefits a perfectly fitted one will bring you:
A poorly fitted bra may cause:
Headaches and spine pain in the cervical and thoracic sections
Pressure and discomfort in sensitive areas such as breasts and arms
Breast deformation, flattening, fiber damage, breasts “running” onto the back
Improperly supported breasts lie on the stomach and distort the figure
Cooper’s ligament damage
What are the benefits of a properly fitted bra?
The bra is always in place, so we feel comfortable
Our spine is relieved and our breasts are healthy
We feel more feminine thanks to the beautiful exposure of our breasts
The bra improves the figure and its proportions – /1/2 of the forearm is the correct bust height/
Improving the shape and firmness of the breasts, migration of fat tissue
Comfortable straps, properly tensioned and placed at the right points
the breasts fit completely into the cups
The stable circumference belt is based on equal height at the front and back
The bridge of the bra lies flat against the chest
The underwire surrounds the entire breast and extends from the outside to gently target the center of the armpit
