Newsletter Regulations

2. The Regulations define the rules for the provision of the Newsletter service, which enables the conclusion of an agreement for the provision of free digital content by the website owner to the website user (hereinafter referred to as the website user). As part of the Newsletter service, the website user does not make a monetary payment, but provides his/her data to the website owner.
3. The Newsletter service consists in periodic, free sending of commercial and marketing information regarding the website by the website owner to the e-mail address provided by the website user.
4. The use of the Newsletter service is available to every user of the website after providing their e-mail address or other data covered by the Newsletter service subscription form in the section of the website regarding the Newsletter service, and then accepting the subscription to the Newsletter service (by clicking the “SAVE” button or the o button). the same meaning. By clicking the indicated button, the website user consents to the provision of the Newsletter service.
5. Activation of the Newsletter service means the website user’s consent to the website sending marketing and commercial information via electronic means of communication within the meaning of the Act on the provision of electronic services, as well as consent to the website owner using telecommunications terminal devices for direct marketing purposes and transmitting commercial information, including communication channel according to the Telecommunications Law.
6. The user’s consent to the website is voluntary, but necessary to run the Newsletter service; failure to do so means that the service cannot be provided.
7. The website user may unsubscribe from the Newsletter service at any time and without giving a reason by pressing the “UNUNGET” button located in each message sent by the website owner to the user as part of the Newsletter service.
8. Resignation means the immediate termination of the Newsletter service, i.e. the website user stops receiving messages under the Newsletter service and the website user’s data is deleted from the database of Newsletter service recipients.
9. All content provided as part of the Newsletter service is protected by copyright of the website owner.
10. The website user may submit a complaint about the Newsletter service by sending an e-mail to: sklep@agioltd.com.
11. The complaint should include data enabling the identification of the website user submitting the complaint, a description of the irregularities and a complaint request. The deadline for considering a complaint by the website is 14 days. The website user will be notified via e-mail about the resolution of the complaint.
12. A website user who is a consumer may, in matters relating to the Newsletter service, use out-of-court methods of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims.

14. The website owner is entitled to make changes to the Regulations. Changes will be announced by publishing the Regulations on the website. Changes to the Regulations enter into force within 7 days from the date of announcement of the Regulations.
15. The website user will be informed about changes to the Regulations via e-mail sent to the e-mail address provided by the user.
