AGIOMILANO.COM PRINTED GIFT CARDS REGULATIONS

1. Definitions

AGIOMILANO – company under the name “Agio Sp. z o. o. based at ul. Wielicka 36C/91, 02-657 in Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw. Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division under KRS number 000331555, REGON 141900409, NIP 5213530641;

1. Online store – AGIOMILANO online store located on the agiomilano.com domain;
2. Buyer – the person purchasing the gift card;
3. User – Buyer or other person using a purchase card to pay for Products in the Online Store;
4. Printed gift card – an individually assigned unique shopping code in the form of a printed shopping voucher issued in paper form (personal collection or shipping in accordance with available delivery methods by AGIOMILANO to the Buyer’s address);
5. Product – an item available for sale in the Online Store.

2. Terms of use

2. A printed gift card is a paper form of a bearer merchandise voucher, the value of which is equal to the nominal value of the printed gift card.
3. Each printed Gift Card has an individual marking – expiry date, value and logo.
4. The printed gift card is available in PLN in the following denominations: 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 500
5. A printed gift card can only be purchased in the Online Store.
6. A printed gift card in paper form is sent to the Buyer to the address provided by the Buyer within 3 business days after placing and paying for an order for a printed Gift Card.
7. The User can exchange a printed gift card for any Product in the Online Store.
8. To use a printed Gift Card in the Online Store, when shopping online, after proceeding to payment, the User is obliged to enter the unique purchase code obtained when purchasing a printed Gift Card in the “enter promotional code” box.
9. The printed gift card must be used once. It is not possible to transfer the remaining amount to subsequent purchases.

– If the price of the Products purchased by the User using a printed Gift Card is higher than the amount on the printed Gift Card, the User will be obliged to pay the difference using another form of payment available in the Online Store.

– If the price of the Products purchased by the User using a printed Gift Card is lower than the total amount due for the purchased Products, AGIOMILANO is not obliged to pay the remaining value of the funds.

9. Products purchased using a printed Gift Card can be returned or filed a complaint under AGIOMILANO’s general rules. The amount paid with a printed Gift Card is refunded only to the Printed Gift Card, the remaining amount is refunded in accordance with the payment method.
10. The validity period of the printed Gift Card is indicated on the card and is 3 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended. AGIOMILANO is not obliged to refund the purchase price of the printed Gift Card to the Buyer after it expires.
11. The printed gift card cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part.
12. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement for a printed Gift Card within 14 days from the date of its receipt, provided that the printed Gift Card is active and the funds accumulated on the card have not been spent, either in whole or in part, before the above-mentioned period. 14-day period. To withdraw from the purchase agreement for a printed Gift Card, the Buyer should send to sklep@agioltd.com a declaration of withdrawal from the purchase agreement for a printed Gift Card containing data that will allow the identification of the transaction. AGIOMILANO will refund the payment immediately, and in any case no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the purchase contract of the printed Gift Card.
13. It is not possible to automatically use several Gift Cards printed during one purchase. To use several Gift Cards printed during one purchase, the User should first send a message to: sklep@agioltd.com
14. A printed Gift Card cannot be purchased using the Customer’s discount code or with a second online Gift Card or a printed Gift Card.
15. AGIOMILANO is not responsible for the loss of your unique purchase code. In the event of loss or loss of a printed Gift Card, the Buyer (not the User) is asked to send a message to: sklep@agioltd.com
16. The purchase and use of a printed Gift Card is subject to Polish law, which is agreed to by the Buyer at the time of purchase of the Printed Gift Card, and the User at the time of acquiring the printed Gift Card.
17. AGIOMILANO has the right to refuse to redeem a printed Gift Card in the following cases:

• expiry of the validity period of the printed Gift Card;
• lack of funds on the printed Gift Card;
• The printed gift card is inactive;
• lack of technical possibility to redeem a printed Gift Card for reasons beyond the control of AGIOMILANO.

3. General provisions

   1. Purchasing a printed Gift Card is tantamount to accepting these Printed Gift Card Regulations and the Online Store Regulations. 2. The administrator of personal data is Agio Sp. z o. o., which processes them in accordance with the adopted privacy policy available at agiomilano.com
   2. Generally applicable provisions of law will apply to all matters not regulated in these Regulations, in particular those relating to bearer identification marks.

   4. AGIOMILANO reserves the right to change the Regulations due to changes in regulations, changes in technical aspects of issuing and handling a printed Gift Card or to prevent abuse. All changes are effective after 14 days from the date of their introduction by AGIOMILANO and after the amended Regulations are made available in the online store at agiomilano.com
   5. These Regulations enter into force on February 1, 2024.
