So what is brafitting?
Bra size changes at least six times during a woman’s life – puberty, weight changes, pregnancy, breastfeeding, menopause, hormonal changes. A perfectly fitted bra is supported in more than three quarters by the circumference band and less than a quarter of the breast weight rests on the straps. Additionally, it is tight but does not hurt the body at all and does not restrict freedom of movement and breathing.
Why is it worth choosing the correct size and cut of a bra?

All this brings only health benefits – we do not slouch, the spine is not burdened, there is no pressure on the nerves, and as a result, we do not suffer from headaches, nape or neck pain.
