Preventive calendar for men
As the old saying goes – prevention is better than cure! Take advantage of the preventive calendar prepared by the Rakiety Foundation and get tested!
20-30 YEARS
Once a month:
-testicular self-examination
Once every six months:
-dental check-up
Once a year:
-basic blood test: complete blood count, ESR, blood glucose concentration and general urine test
– blood pressure measurement, weight control and general examination by an internist
Once every 3 years:
-measuring the level of electrolytes in the blood (potassium, sodium, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium)
-examination of the testicles by a doctor (for testicular cancer)
In the case of men at risk of prostate diseases – proctological examination
Once every 3-5 years:
-abdominal ultrasound
Once every 5 years:
-lipidogram, i.e. measurement of blood cholesterol concentration and its HDL and LDL fractions, as well as triglycerides
-Chest X-ray
If you have many moles, see a dermatologist to have them checked
30-40 years old

-lipidogram, i.e. measurement of the concentration of cholesterol in the blood and its HDL and LDL fractions, as well as triglycerides
Once every 3 years:
-ECG, i.e. electrocardiogram
Once every 3-5 years:
-abdominal ultrasound

-Chest X-ray (smokers every year)
