The organizer of the promotion is AGIO sp. z o. o. based in Warsaw at Wielicka Street 36C/91, 02-657 Warsaw entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw. Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000331555, NIP 521 353 06 41, REGON 141900409 (“Organizer”).

1. The promotion is valid only in the online store www.agiomilano.com and lasts until July 31, 2024.
2. The promotion applies to products from the basic collection at regular gross retail prices from the online store www.agiomilano.com.
3. Anyone who, during the Promotion period, makes a transaction in the online store https://www.agiomilano.com in the form of a one-time purchase of the product covered by the promotion, confirmed by one receipt, can participate in the Promotion.
4. For the product referred to in point 2 a discount has been charged on the regular gross retail price. The discount will be charged after entering the code: BASIC7 in the “discount code” field. In the event of purchasing more than one product referred to in point. 2, the customer is entitled to purchase each of these products at a discount.
5. The Customer may participate in the Promotion multiple times during its validity period, provided that the conditions specified in these regulations are met each time.
6. All content contained in advertising and promotional materials regarding the Promotion is for informational purposes only. The provisions of these regulations have legal force.
7. Participation in the Promotion is tantamount to acceptance of these regulations.
8. The Customer is entitled to withdraw, in accordance with separate regulations, from the sales contract for all products purchased under the Promotion within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
9. Within 14 days of receiving the goods, the Customer is entitled to request the replacement of the unused product purchased under the Promotion with another product of the same type covered by the Promotion within the scope of the availability of goods in the promotional offer.

11. The provisions of these regulations do not violate or limit customers’ warranty rights.
12. All complaints regarding the Promotion will be considered within 14 days from the date of their submission.
13. These regulations enter into force on July 19, 2024
